Despite Alan Greenspan’s “productivity miracle” and other “benefits” attributable to the Great Moderation . . . US GDP, Employment and Household Net Worth have been stagnant since the turn of the century. Here’s to a turn for the better in 2010 . . . it couldn’t get any worse, could it?
